The first audio export I did today was successful but every other attempt since then failed today so far.

Exporting audio (in any format like mp3, wav, ogg, etc.) causes Guitar Pro 7 to crash within a second, and the exported file becomes corrupted into an "undeletable" 0-byte audio file that cannot be deleted by normal means and I would have to "force delete" them with the "del" command in Command Prompt (but sometimes takes a while to delete if they will delete).Īll tracks of songs I've been trying to export to audio (mp3 but I also try other formats) are in RSE mode.Their ideology is buy a faster CPU and more RAM, which neither really fixes the issue.I've been having a problem trying to export audio since a few months ago in Guitar Pro 7.5 that continued to persist in Guitar Pro 7.6 (and did it get worse or is it me?).
Guitar pro 6 crashing windows#
Windows does not flush junk packets that literally jams up system processes and causes some programs to crash or become inoperable. If, you need to do updates put them on a memory stick and do the update. Every and I mean every DAW, VST, audio interface are resource intensive and you are always going to have problems unless you dedicate a computer to your music and do not connect it to the internet! Keep it offline.

If, you tend to record music do it on a computer that is only going to use your recording devices and software. Personally, I would suggest this to anyone. As there are a myriad of things that would have caused the issue. It could be also as MrFunktastic mentioned as well. The reason to ask all of this is because everything I mentioned is suspect to the reason why you are having the issue. What were you recent updates before it started crashing? What operating system are you using? How much RAM do you have? What's your processor speed? Is the computer using programs connected to the internet? Do you play games, browse the internet, or simply use the computer for other things besides recording? Madscape : Mon 3rd Aug 2015 : 6 years ago
Guitar pro 6 crashing update#
I would drop FL11, use something like CCleaner afterwards and then update to the newest REV of FL Studio 12 if you really want to be done with this problem. So in summary what may have happened is something (dll, exe, or Reg, etc.) may have tried to access the same RAM (memory) location at the same time on your FL versions and are possibly competing with each other and then BANG, a crash! Although your two version arrangement worked for a while, it was just a matter of time, as other friendly programs do make silent changes along the way.

Registry entries may also get misdirected. FL's VSTi's may also be at conflict in your VSTplugins location folder as well. FL12 could in theory call up an executable file or dll file with the same identical name in FL11 and vice versa. With you I suspect having two version of the same product can cause problems.

Warez FL Studio got viruses, they are poorly patched, have memory leaks, crash a lot and should be avoided as a general message to everyone. We all know we should not use that crap and I am not saying that you use that. JoeFunktastic : Mon 3rd Aug 2015 : 6 years agoĪ few ideas come to mind.
